What the Course Teaches

Emotional Intelligence

Self-awareness leads to self-regulation which manifests in better control over emotions and behaviours. Together mindfulness and various standardized assessments will allow learners to get an intimate view on how to take control over their emotions and develop resilience. This workshop will incorporate practical exercises based on the outcome of the assessments to maximise the learning and impact for participants.

Integrated Learning

This module will focus on using both the left and right brain thinking. Skills will be developed that allows learners to gain critical cognitive skills that enhance rational and logic, as well as stimulate intuition and creativity. Skill outcomes: • Mind mapping for improved information encoding, consolidation and retrieval • Memory techniques using visualization and image association for improved retention.

Learning to manage stress, anxiety and other pressures, triggered internally and externally, as well as developing resilience, through well-proven and practical mindfulness techniques, yoga and breathing techniques.
